They talk as if it were an option to expose themselves in the middle of a shootout, not to mention that most of the population living in a community is afraid of suffering some police reprisal. Most likely all residents have seen a child or worker killed by the police. The state is murderous, corrupt and hates the poor. They profit from this genocide.
