Grilling lemons is awesome! It makes the flavors a bit more complex and loosens up the juices. Plus it can add a bit of smokiness to anything. Tossing some broccoli and a lemon on the grill while cooking burgers or steaks is a great way of adding a slightly lighter side to a cookout.
That potato salad looks amazing. I have never heard of German potato salad but I’m definitely going to try it.
