At some point during the incident, the suspect was shot and killed by law enforcement. Details on what led up to the shooting were not released.

No motorcycle rider intentionally crashes into someone else. There’s a 99% chance that both parties get injured or killed.
This sounds like made up police bullshit. The dude probably whizzed by a cop car trying to flee (not that I condone this) and the cops wrote up “He tried to murder us with his motorcycle!”.
The person who was shot was not on the motorcycle. He ran into and hospitalized a motorcycle cop, then was found and shot by police.
