And what is this all about? The timing of this seems, uhh, “interesting” fedposting

Sounds like impatient anarchists who just want to throw their bodies against the cops for the sake of it, and are frustrated when the organized communist party doesn’t think the revolution will occur through street scuffles with traffic cones and umbrellas.

I do think there is some valid criticism of just doing a march along pre-approved paths, this type of demonstration doesn’t amount to much and will need to be escalated. I just think the most successful methods to escalate and apply pressure require organization, and require going after specific targets and chokepoints of commerce. Things like sit-ins at specific places, protests in front of specific locations, blockades, strikes, etc. In terms of anti-ICE protests the important thing is protecting the local immigrant populations and blocking ICE from getting to them.

If they were to do illegal things, which I disavow of course, purely theoretically, those things should be done with purpose and clarity and in a planned and professional manner.

Not just spray painting and breaking random things.

I’m not even sure how valid that criticism is. PSL has had multiple marches and protests get kenneled, flash banged, etc recently because “they weren’t approved”. It is funny Hawley sent a letter saying they were organizing violent, illegal protests at the same time whatever this group is is saying they’re cooperating with cops too much.

I do agree with the methods you mentioned but it requires more numbers first. I think at this point things like protests and marches are to get attention.

Thank goodness at least most of the comments see this wrecker attitude as it is: supremely unhelpful. The other ones are down voted into the negatives.

heard about them in some story of a user called “badschoolbadschool” on instagram (deleted account).

the user badschoolbadschool said he disagreed with them, but acknowledged their work approaching the general public was good (with immigrants).

dunno anything else about them tbh
