I’m still thinking twice of updating my SE 2 to watchos 10, given what I hear about the battery drain. Would you say the latest update has battery life equivalent to the old watchos 9?

I am doing something wrong… I just got an Ultra 2 this week, updated to 10.1.1 yesterday, and I was charged to 100% this morning at 3AM… I had on low power mode, went to sleep, and it’s 1PM, 10 hours later and I’m at 45%… what am I doing wrong? This would mean the ultra battery lasts less than 24 hours, I thought it was supposed to last 3 days? I’m new to the AW so I don’t know what settings are on, but something must be eating it up so quickly

Mine is much much better today. It’s at 88% and I charged it up yesterday afternoon. So thank you to everyone who answered my question, you guys were right!

Wow I get like 14 hours tops with built in apps and ao on low for a series 5. Before the update I was at 18 hours give or take. Glad you’re having success. I just wished Apple could compare and contrast why yours is so amazing some of us are getting hit.

All newly purchased watches take three or four days to complete “indexing” of their software. It should level out and improve quite soon.
