If you were vaccinated then it’s a lifelong immunity. You really only need to test immunity if you are unsure if you got the vaccine (generally done with the MMR but there’s a standalone vaccine as well). Not trying to discourage anyone from testing, but if you were vaccinated when you were a kid then you don’t need to be overly concerned.
I think this heavily depends. Sex education for a lot of places, especially in rural areas, tends to be fucked up backwards and downright harmful. Last I checked several states have abstinence only sex ed and do things like show kids a bunch of pictures of STDs and leverage scare tatics to deter them from having sex. I think opting out of that shit show and having a candid conversation with your kid about sex is probably the ethical thing to do in those places.
Watched a guy hold a butt joint, missed, and shot a nail through his finger. A couple of days later, he was showing his buddy what he did and he nailed a different finger on the same hand during the demonstration. Same guy during the same summer got really drunk and fell down a flight of stairs. I was pretty convinced he was hurt/dead, but he got up, held up his half full beer, chugged it, did a righteous metal scream, and proceeded to fall down the next flight of stairs. Thank god he only had two flights of stairs between him and the ground or he probably would’ve done it until he got all the way to the bottom.

I can answer this for you. So imagine a genre of game that you grew up playing, loved, and sunk possibly thousands of hours in. Now imagine for like 15 years they only made the most dogshit version of that genre of game. Then someone comes along and makes a decent, even passable, modern version of that game.

Huh opposite for me. I have played Slay the Spire for like 2000 hours. I have beaten it through ascension 20 on all 4 characters like 20ish times at this point. I still pick it up and play it when I’m bored and it still is fun somehow.
I could not get into Balatro like that. I think I have roughly 50 hours in it and like 3/4 of the way through it with all the decks and challenges and simply cannot bring myself to complete it. The last 10 or so hours just felt like a slog. Still a good game but the sheen wore off for me well before I could 100% it much less start replaying.
To each their own I guess! Funny how similar the games are and how there’s just some people that love one but can’t get into the other.
