This is a “small cell” cellular phone tower. They are usually used to offload the capacity of a larger tower nearby. They’re useful during large events like concerts, sporting events or parades. It looks like that because it has a cover to hide the radios and antennas from view. They can also be painted different colors to better blend in with the scenery.

I don’t want that either. I would like to visit Canada someday.

We did not go to the Zoo. But we had lunch with a friend at a French restaurant and market then bought some amazing pastries. Now we’re hosting a friend who needs a place to crash for the weekend. Bonus for working on my miniatures.

When you click subscribe it should change to “joined” (it should be “subscribed” but that is the instance not the sub) But otherwise you should be able to post to the sub just like you did here.
