If you look at the study none of the OP images are in it, and the only image it shows of the behavior is of a chimp using a single grass straw, not a fist-sized wad shoved up its ass.

The story is real, the image isn’t. If you look at the study none of the OP images are in it, and the only image it shows of the behavior is of a chimp using a single grass straw, not a fist-sized wad shoved up its ass.
