sounds like a cool space themed/customization oriented alternative to touhou 18! (unconnected marketers,which is roguelite/bullet hell similar to this game am not sure of hyperspace striker is a shmup aswell)
and maybe slightly cheaper (7 usd instead of 10 usd,currently as of writing this its on discount for 5 usd )
i maybe can give this a try someday
