    I felt that way ten years ago. Now I agree with you.

    If we stand up for them they get out and a cush life while they jail and do the same to our people.

    Fuck him. He can rot in the jails he wanted for everyone else.

      I don’t want to stand up for him, I want to stand up for prisoners as a whole. It’s ok that his conditions improve if everyone elses do too, just like a bunch of other vile pieces of shit would have better conditions. And no one remotely on the left is going to rally behind him specifically.

      But it does mean that him crying about it changes nothing because my stance has been the same before.

      We always want to afford people the services they want to deny to others.

      It’s a weakness for the best reason, but the damned POS feed on it use it.

      If they would deny water and food to people as a basic right, they don’t deserve it either.
