It’s a melody called “Playmates.”
This is a melody from a music box I remember as a child but I can’t find out what it’s called. I pieced together what I could remember using an online music box music maker program.
Here is my best guess at music notation:

Forgive the crudity of the recording. This was made after I spent an hour or so piecing together what I could remember. I am not musically inclined.

Oh, yeah. I definitely didn’t think the music box was inspired by my song. Lol I’m glad you solved it though. Funnily enough, the melody, if it’s the right one, was my favorite music box jingle growing up. I had a little one with a dog’s face. The eyes would love left and right, and it had a very satisfying click when you wound it up.
