Former President Donald Trump, fresh off his third appearance in court as a criminal defendant, delivered a speech full of defiance and bluster on Friday night, insulting prosecutors and declaring that the charges he faces only help his 2024 presidential campaign.
His supporters would fly into a rage and accuse Democrats of secretly murdering him just like Scalia. At least one of his supporters would probably commit a terrorist act in response.
I’d take that inevitable result over him living any longer.
I’d take that as inevitable period at this point.
His supporters are already making up baseless conspiracies about their enemies and committing random acts of violence.
