    A thing existing, or even a particular arrangement existing is never proof that something else exists.

    Think about the numbers on tumbler combination lock.

    If you spin the numbers randomly a few times, the numbers would be randomized.

    There’s a 1-in-9 or 1-in-10 chance that the correct number is the number it’s on. Maybe actually a higher chance if you consider that the mechanism might drag or whatever differently for that number. Doesn’t matter, 10% or slightly more, it’s going to turn up.

    Assuming 1/9 per tumbler, there’s a .015% chance that a 4 digit combo turns up the right combination. But it’s still possible, and it potentially will if you turn them to random numbers enough.
