Plans are underway to revamp 3.6 miles of Hollywood Boulevard, eliminating two traffic lanes, adding bike lanes and widening sidewalks for dining.

I’ve heard the phrase “concern trolling” lots of times before, but a quote against making Hollywood Boulevard more pedestrian friendly, from an organization called KeepLAMoving, is the best example I’ve ever seen.
