TOMRA Cleanaway has installed Victoria’s first refund point under the state’s new Container Deposit Scheme, in Buninyong.

I hope it reduces waste but I’m Not looking forward to hearing people going through the bins at3am in the morning on the regular. Talking from experience when it first came in in NSW.
