This was in development during the pandemic. So, it makes sense why they put it in. But still a weird choice in 2023. I think it will get replaced by lidar or something in 2024/25.
That makes sense. I guess it goes to show how long hardware development cycles are.
yeah its insane. I won’t be surprised if we will start seeing three-year dev cycles soon.
Didn’t they do lidar in the P4?
