    Im more worried about the gigantic toll crypto takes on energy infrastructure.

    what exactly are you worried about? So long as we generate more energy (preferably via nuclear + wind + solar) who cares?

        We don’t have that capacity right now and wasting energy on that

        You have visual evidence of the capacity right now: is your light on or off? If they are on, we have the energy capacity.

        Also nuclear isn’t a good option long therm, and short therm it isn’t either.

        Nuclear is the best base-load option we have. What would you rather have? Coal?
