Completely anecdotal, to be fair. I’ve seen some videos of veterans as well as first generation immigrants complaining about the desecration of the flag.
Then I stand by my position that the people who give a shit about this are weirdos. Because, believe it or not, being a veteran or an immigrant doesn’t shield you from being a weirdo.
Plenty of normal people care about this, but they’re authoritarians if they actually support this policy.

If he cares about it enough to want a law preventing people from burning it? Yes.
