If it’s from Intersec/Insex then that makes it even more dubious. They’re pretty well known for breaking models’ hard limits, mocking them when they used their safeword, and coercing them into having sex outside of shoots.
Sierra shot for them for quite a while, so I doubt her experience there reflected this.
