I resolved an issue with my web application filter blocking many Fediverse bots and services and figured out that I should have a blank allow list to allow everyone. I’m not aware of any pending issues and this resolves my issue getting listed in fediseer and fedidb.

Lastly I reenabled downvotes. If it sucks I will turn it off again.
