    Title is a bit misleading. The summary:

    They are suing because there exist quotas

    The argument they make is that hiring based on gender makes the US Secret service hire less qualified people, and generates a negative image for women

    This comes after the assassination attempt on Trump caused criticism of the USSS and some women agents that were close by.

        Most would assume that discriminatory means they are getting sued for not hiring enough women, rather than the opposite

        It is pretty self explanatory from my original comment
