My favorite headline from this meme was “Tim walz promised free lunches for schoolchildren, but made the lunchlady do it”. This headline doesnt make sense to me.
to me it feels unfinished somehow. it’s a good bit and you got an up vote outa me. but its like theres a family values joke in there somewhere about dissapointment in his wife being the only person in the school he could be bothered to impregnate.
I feel like this particular post exemplifies why this community always made me anxious.

It’s probably better to put the punchline in the post body rather than the comments, where it could get buried and missed.
At least that’s usually how I see these sorts of jokes work on Reddit/Lemmy.
