I listened to the second half on arsenal.com. The only positives seemed to be that Nwaneri got decent minutes and Ødegaard is back in the squad.
o Nwaneri got some minutes, he seemed pretty able to stand up physically to the Inter players, which is pretty impressive… in classic Ethan form, he was demanding the ball and had one decent switch to Martinelli that obviously didn’t pan out but I thought was a breath of fresh air.
o Havertz hopefully only has a concussion after that monster collision.
o Ode came on and seemed okay physically, and our press jumped to life as soon as he did.I misread the report. I thought Ethan came in in the 53rd minute but that’s his squad number!
Ha no, I was annoyed that he only got 15-20 minutes because we looked absolutely dire despite the number of shots we got off and he could have done us absolutely no harm.
