      Other Australian Government advice is to use a VPN.

      Even a free VPN via Proton gives me 35/18 Mbps via Tokyo.

      So, unless they get ISPs to block access to VPNs, blocking an IP address won’t work.

      (I really hope I haven’t given Albo any ideas here…)
