That quote is one of the reasons it’s hard to be a Catholic and a Christian. Many people in the Catholic Church have no idea what they are talking about. Even when they ask some pretty important questions, they are often told they are a heretic.

Buddhism isn’t a religion or a philosophy. It’s a set of beliefs and ethical teachings that guide how you live your life. I have no desire to go out and change anyone else’s beliefs or moral code. But that said, I still find it interesting that people who haven’t met me, ask me about what my opinion is.
