I’m aware of the issues with tipping culture guys, but the poor fucker stuck delivering packages is probably still gonna appreciate an extra 5 bucks. If Amazon stops paying their employees, and uses this feature as an alternative to fair wages, it should not be used. In general it’s advisable to just avoid Amazon entirely.
