    He’s probably a free speech absolutist like Elon. i.e. Against censorship of ideas he likes, but in favor of censorship of speech he doesn’t.

      Elon isn’t a free speech absolutist actually, I think he was always supporting censoring stuff on X, even back to when he banned the MAP flag and had “cis” banned on the platform as being a slur.

      I honestly don’t know enough about Kash Patel’s track record on censorship to know if he should be trusted when it comes to this, we’ll just have to wait and see.

        Yeah, that was my point.

        Elon called himself a free speech absolutist, but once he took over twitter even the people dumb enough to believe him could see that it was bullshit. Just like everything else that comes out of his mouth.
