I’ve noticed a lot of troll-like behavior from many accounts saying the same thing, usually complaining about a source shared in an article. In an effort to increase the quality of the comments sections of posts made in this community, I am adding a new rule to this community.

Poisoning The Well attempts attacking a source used in an article or report shared here will subject you to a temporary ban from this community. To be clear, anyone is welcome to point out parts of a particular article that is false or seems to be without proper sourcing, but for now, statements like “X website is pure propaganda” or “X website isn’t news” will not be allowed.

This isn’t a rule I wanted to make, and I would like to lift it at some point, but it appears to be needed for now.
