As someone who lives in a red state that’s pretty heavily dependent upon tourism, I say bring it (or, rather, don’t bring it). Spend your vacation money somewhere that deserves it.
I’m purposely planning road trips to avoid red states. Trip to west coast will go straight north and then head west through Canada.
I’ll probably have to compromise on some trips and allow myself to drive through red states. I’ll do my best to stock up on supplies before entering red states but they sure cover a lot of land.

Same here! My state gets about $30billion per year on tourism. Deep south red to the core state. I hope they lose it all.
