At this point in my life, I’ve just accepted the fact that I’ll always be the designated coffee brewer regardless of group or context. And that’s fine, coffee is a divine gift from the Universe itself, meant to jumpstart our brains and give us sweet, sweet anxiety!❤️
It’s a noble profession. More of a blessing.
Honestly, in my less-than-humble moments (i.e. while trying my best to cope with the fact that I, yet again, fell asleep and woke up first), I like to think of it as a sort of pseudo-shamanism, I act as a conduit for reality through which it reconnects us to itself😎💅
