European NATO commander, appointed well before Trump, is more of a NATO “consensus guy” with information. One possibility to lie, is just to give fuel to Russophobia and EU warmongering, instead of admitting the failure that Ukraine sacrifice/warmongering lies have been in diminishing Russia.
