Can’t seem to make posts using this app. Can male comments without issue. But when trying to make posts its just does nothing. Having to use another app (Jerboa) to post this.
Here’s what I’ve been seeing.
If you go to create a post and the site is listed in the little button suggestions beneath, you’re golden. However, if you have to type something in and you don’t get the button, it ain’t happening.
Edit: The suggestions listed usually have the current community listed first. But it seems like intermittently it’s not getting picked up.
That’s a good description of what I am seeing intermittently.
I think it happens because you can’t specify the right community. I once tried to create a post on this community and it wouldn’t let me.
I read that you may need to be subscribed to post into a community, not sure if that’s true I haven’t tested it properly yet.
I’m not subscribed to [email protected] but I posted fine. Maybe Kbin is different but it doesn’t seem to be a requirement on Lemmy.
Make sure you have the latest version of the app. The latest update fixes the ability to post.
I am on 1.0.72 Unless it updated over night that was I was on when I made this topic and reported the bug. Although I am making this reply in connect app through the notifications page and it seems to be working fine here
