It sounds the trump expects every company to eat the tariffs. I do not see that happening, and if the big corporations do, it will drive all smaller business out of business if they cannot afford to absorb those costs.

Not realizing that once you get to the level of being like a multinational corporation head who has way more money than he’ll ever be able to spend in his lifetime you don’t have friends anymore You have business propositions. And no CEOs are not going to sit there and eat the extra cost of the tariffs instead they’re going to show the customer how much the extra tariff is hurting the customer so that the customer won’t be upset with the CEO but instead the president.
