They’ve been talking about this since back when I used to work there (up to 2016) and still no progress? The worry I had was closing it to buses as well. For people just going there for a fun day out shopping, it’s fine, just reschedule, but for those who work there, tube strikes will be an extra layer of fun when the nearest bus stop is a 20 minute walk away.
I still maintain that e-pedicabs should be a TfL thing.
