I hope that all people unaware of heterosexuality learn of it. It’s always a tragedy when people aren’t able to love who they want to love or feel the need to repress their orientation out of lack of understanding of the options they have.
Poor little Steven found himself attracted to women. It was so difficult to tell his parents who just didn’t understand. They eventually sent him to a correctional camp.
Steven needs to know it’s okay to be straight. He isn’t alone in the struggle and there is a support network should he need it.
I mean; some of my best friends are straight and they are fine people.

Ah, there it is. It’s pretty sad that I just knew from the moment I saw this headline that it would be more about bashing queer people than celebrating straight people. I actually commented about this in another thread earlier saying that I think if people need an excuse to celebrate and be merry that’s great, but I hope it’s not just a bigot parade. But even while I typed that, I knew that it was wishful thinking.

Boise made the pride flag an official city flag so they could keep flying it at government buildings despite the state government trying to ban it. Boise is better than this article claims.
