He’s our rescue. He has some PTSD/anxiety issues from his past life, so he’s on Prozac. Based on his teeth, the vet thinks he is between 4 and 6 years old. Based on how he moves around like an old man, I’m inclined to think he’s closer to 6.

Schnauzer / poodle is the closest thing we can figure. We’re basing it off of internet pictures of schnoodles.

        Thanks.

A neighbor has a schnauzer and he thinks we’re probably correct in our guess.

His markings looks like he’s wearing a bandit mask, which seema to be appropriate as he has a tendency to steal clothing, toys, or anything else dropped on the floor. 🤣

He was used as a stud for a puppy mill. I’m sure there are oodles of his progeny out there somewhere. 😅

It’s good he gets physical and psychological comfort now. And good on you for allowing him on the furniture.

We usually keep a fleece over the couch, but it happened to be in the was that day.

He loves his “love is love” rainbow fleece.

My fur baby gets on the furniture too. I try to keep it covered too, but it happens occasionally that it’s not due to laundry, etc. No biggie, and I understand when people don’t allow pets ion furniture. It’s just an extra brownie point in my mind when they do.
