This release implements a large number of “low hanging fruit” user requests. The majority of these are customizations in the form of additional settings. See the full changelog for all settings added by this release.
As usual, this release also brings with it a number of bug fixes.

- Fix a bug where some of the UI elements in the built-in image editor had the same color as the background.
- Fix an issue where inline images are sometimes too small.
- Fix a bug on Samsung devices where back gestures can accidentally trigger swipe gestures.
- Fix a bug where the sort order resets when navigating away from the search screen and returning.

When show instance is set to always, post authors are still shown without. Would be great if there was a way to show that without opening the posting user.
I really like how with showing display names the domain can still be appended btw.
Another bug I noticed was when the phone orientation is locked and video player orienration isn’t, when reading laying on the side videos in fullscreen glitch out, constantly trying to rotate but being unable to, until the phone is held upright and the orientation lock pressed. If one doesn’t realize that, it is impossible to exit the glitched view otherwise.
I can’t reproduce the issue where the phone’s orientation is locked but the video player orientation isn’t. When this happens, the video correctly rotates for me.
I’ll fix the instance name issue in the next update.
