A band long overlooked by me. Truly excellent stuff, if you can get past the vocals and production. Riffs are superb.
I bought this vinyl new in '88 or '89. Nasty cross of a record store, wannabe head shop, hole-in-the-wall place. Rez Cafe in Bemidji, MN, if you really want history. Speed/Thrash was so different back then. I haven’t thought about Nuclear Assault in 30+ years. Good memories, thanks for the “flash-back”. Thank you again!
No problem! Great having you in the community. We post quite frequently here, feel free to stick around ;D.
I wasn’t part of the scene, until a few years ago so I’m still relatively new. Therefore I enjoy reading about stuff like this. Thanks!
Not really a fan of this one, wonder if there’s a cover of it somewhere… xD
Damn, that surprises me. What is it you dislike?
I couldn’t get past the vocals and production. The song itself is great and I did find a cover by some really obscure metal band from Oregon. But that’s it.
I prefer John’s vocals to that band’s haha.
Yep, I totally see that. Not my preferred voice either. But the guitars and the production are a bit better ;D
