Wrap it in baking paper then foil. Nobody’s leftovers don’t touch your pizza then.
Generally don’t have the issue with sticking honestly.
A dab of oil on the top plate could reduce sticking and crisp up the top.
I make a pizza sandwich if I’m using a sandwich press.
