    Dish soap is used a lot in professional cleaning espically for dry cleaners. This is because dish soap is excellent at removing oil which is the base of many stains, espically body oils. This is also why some professional housekeepers use dish soap to clean mirrors because most of the white streaks are body oils that were transferred to the surface of the mirror.

    Linoleic acid when burned by mitochondria for fuel only produce 60% of the energy required, starving cells and creating inflammation in the body.

    I never knew that before I read a new book this week and started following the references. I knew it was bad for oxidative stress but I didn’t think it also has a energy impact on cell respiration
