    I always found supes to be the least interesting part of Superman.

      He has always been a problem due to the busted power curve he created. In order to challenge Superman, you need villains with his level of power. Lux Luther notwithstanding.

        The best Superman arc I remember reading as a youth was when he was fighting Lobo, who basically was the same power level as him.

          With Lobo appearing in the Supergirl movie there’s a chance we might get that! It’s the reason I never really minded how much they reduced his powers in the DC Animated shows. Otherwise the rest of the League could just relax in the Watchtower while Superman took care of everything.

            After he was brilliantly on Krypton I really thought we would see more fragging from the Main Man. I hope Mamoa’s performance is as good as Emmett Scanlan’s was.

              I’ve never seen Krypton, but it’s on my list to try sometime. I’ve been trying to avoid looking at too much about these movies until I’m able to watch them, so I’m not sure if he’ll be a cameo or a bigger part in Supergirl. Appearance wise he seems to be a good fit, so hopefully it works well!

                Krypton was not a great show, from what I saw it was DC 90210.

                Lobo’s part was spread out over 4 episodes I believe in the second season.

                Someone collected the clips (I think that one is missing.) the audio on the second clip is horrible and the lighting in the final clip is worse. It was setting up season 3 and the Lobo spin off series. However both were ultimately scrapped. https://youtu.be/4X4m5qaOMIk

                  That doesn’t sound great then! I didn’t really look into it that closely, I tend to just drop anything that looks like it could be interesting into a massive list that I reference when I’m looking for something new to watch. I’ll check the clip out though!
