Anyone know what settings might be causing this?

What account? What are you trying to do, and what is happening?
My Firefox Account. I’m signed in and syncing, but clicking on “Manage account” should take me to the accounts.firefox.com page, but doesn’t.
IronFox>Traffic light (?) menu?>Account Info>Account Settings, clicking on “Manage account” doesn’t do anything, although I haven’t tried disabling all of IronFox’s extra security settings yet.
That doesn’t sound right. Maybe make a bug report on their Gitlab.
