    @realcaseyrollins but if you replace mid engineers with LLM, you don’t have any mids to develop into seniors.

    And you discourage new entries into the field. So all you’ll have are the true enthusiasts, who are all the folks with the bad social habits and anxieties.

    Then you’ll never get more women in tech.

    So, we should ban LLM so I can continue to occasionally see a woman at work
