      Is it fermented? If yes - then included. If not - then also yes, why not? Rules can be flexible unless the community will start drifting away from core concept too far away.

        Cool thanks. Since having to go GF due to allergies, I’ve found several decent quickbreads but not many good yeast breads. Looking forward to the discussion.
