They forgot a few English-speaking countries:
Singapore: workaholism / caning / no chewing gum / fried noodles / hawker food courts / death penalty for drugs / lah
New Zealand: hobbits / oligarch bunkers / rugby / māori / not Australia

Presumably they mean “predominantly English speaking countries”, or, yes, there might be trouble.
I mean it breaks down at the end as well, Ireland suddenly becomes Scotland 🤣
Ireland has kilts and bagpipes too, but I am a little confused by the green sheep. I think someone may have had a little too much of whatever it is they like having too much of on a Friday night.

Since they also associated Ireland with beer, I do suspect something.
Technically, none of those countries are English. One is partially English.
