Slightly annoyed that 3 euro countries (Greece, Portugal and Ireland) have euro written beneath them while none of the other euro countries have. Also 3 euro countries are not named, Slovakia, Slovenia and Austria.
Besides that cool map
Also it is never stated which country uses North Macedonia as currency or what MDL stands for
North Macedonia uses Macedonian dinar. Serbia uses Serbian dinar. But on the map, they are shown as if they use the same currency. Ah, and Kosovo’s official currency is euro.
A couple things:
- Go read my comment again.
- Macedonia actually uses dEnar while Serbia uses dInar.
- Kosovo does not have an official currenc afaik they just de facto use EUROs just like Montenegro (they are definitely marked wrong I will agree.
I find it funny that russian rouble is illustrated with a Transnistrian rouble, which has a portrait of Ukrainian poet Taras Shevchenko.
is this map AI generated? why is the UK so bent? why is Poland so wide?
This is rhe least of the issues of this map. It’s probably just weirdly stylised. It does not give of AI vibes to me
on a second glance yeah alright, not AI generated. what gave me that vibe is the whacky perspective. i looked at it expecting a normal top down map and the skewing made it look wrong
