    Nothingburger. Is it more likely that these people drafted a full press release the day before, dated it, and assigned it the number 19-XXX, or that they used a press release from the day before as a template to write this one before correcting the date and adding the actual number 19-263? The latter is incredibly common when drafting standard documents like these
