I found this document after looking up “betray”.
It’s a very long document with letters from a particular victim (unfortunately she was already outed a few years ago against her will, more on that below. This document is what made me fully realize what the victims are up against. I don’t know if I would have had the strength.
In the document she accusess the law firm Boies and Co of “aiding and abetting Epstein and co’s sex trafficking conspiracy where I and hundreds if not thousands of children and young women were repeatedly raped.” She breaks down how she reached that conclusion really well, and it was a very hard read. They were her lawyers and screwed her over and had her sign a settlement which basically was a tiny amount of hush money to silence her. It seems like that law firm is already under scrutiny for their involvement in Epstein’s contested plea deals.
Regarding the outing, I quote: "David Boies and Stan Pottinger also asked me to put my name to an op-ed in the New York Times titled “How David Boies Saved Me… I firmly believe this went against my interests and that Boies used me to rehabilitate his reputation.” They basically pressure her to out herself to save the reputation of their lawyer. She was a Jane Doe in the proceedings before that.
Oh. in the same letter she says that Alan Dershowitz has people out to kill her. Again, it’s a very hard read. I hope she gets justice. I hope they all do. I couldn’t finish reading it because she is rightfully spiraling, trying to get justice from powerful people who are only protecting their own.

I have read a LOT of these docs by now and I’m going to be blunt: some of the survivors sound absolutely bonkers insane.
But they’re NOT. They have been hounded and pursued and harassed beyond anything most of us can even imagine. They have had billionaires pursue them with private detectives every where they go, sitting outside their homes day and night, tracking their whereabouts, hacking their phones, calling them with threats, suing them for defamation, serving them with subpoenas for depositions that are themselves weaponized, even screwed by their own attorneys – and that’s BEFORE you get to the average perv on the street who joins in the fun just because they found out about it and realize they too have the opportunity to do so.
It really never ends for the victims. And all that’s on top of the inner hell and memories they live with from being a victim in the first place. Who can blame this one for not writing in a calm and orderly fashion?
Even as recently as yesterday I read in the Daily Kos from Rick Wilson, a political operative that worked beside Pam Bondi for 25 years in the swamp that is Florida politics, that:
Bondi wants to return to Ballard [her Florida law firm] a few years from now, and I bet she expects to be handsomely rewarded for her efforts to protect Trump and the Epstein Class. Part of those efforts is the deliberate release of Epstein survivors’ information in the Epstein case file dump. It is intended to intimidate the survivors and have them shut the fuck up. This was not incompetence on the part of the DOJ.
And there it is. No reason for the perps to even try to hide it anymore. Even the most grounded of us would sound insane after what these victims have been through.
And it is done with a purpose, by every means possible, by the perpetrators and their armies of proxies: to discredit and detract.
What this victim alleges against Dershowitz is well within the realm of not only the possible but the probable. I don’t believe any of these conveniently deceased individuals committed suicide, just like I do not believe Virginia Roberts Giuffre left her children intentionally. I cannot imagine what it is to walk a mile in their shoes, and I judge none of them for sounding unhinged.
Who I judge are the rapists, pedophiles, murderers, and their armies of knowing helpers, and for them I find no mercy at all.
Yes, I agree with everything you said. I also believe Virginia was silenced together with the others.
Reading this really was like those movie plots where the protoganist is being treated like a hysterical crazy person and you as the viewer know that they are right, and start feeling desperate and trapped together with them.
That document is a wild ride.
