Yep, that’d do it. Powder coating spray paint, vices, and bolt cutters. It’s not really about destroying one, it’s about the scale of disruption, ongoing maintenance, and thus operating effectiveness.
You can also easily get up poles with a nylon sling, or you can extend from the ground, or just down the entire pole as the best statement. Just create work and cost, is the main thing.
I was thinking something in a paint ball form that would damage the lens. Need a good glass etching chemical in a paint ball and just go around snipping them.
Bolt cutters would be more useful for snipping.
Ive been waiting for this ever since i read about deflock. Thats the spirit the USians will need. Sabotage like this is incredibly effective at large scale.
