    You’d think if you were sending a followup message to correct a typo, you’d take a second or two to make sure you had it right before you hit send. But I guess that would make too much sense.

      My mother is like that. She can’t actually see her phone because she never wears her glasses so she can’t tell if it makes sense or not. So she doesn’t even bother anymore she just presses send. So I get messages like:

      CBB you pour the cars bowl out if the dishewast

      And there’s no point me asking for clarification because the clarification will be just as bizarrely broken.

        This reminds me of people mumbling or assuming they have my attention when speaking to me. I require eye contact for clear communication.

    Not using autocorrect is hardcore, my respect. But she should work on the reflexive hit-send-before-proofreading.
    Net positive though I’d say.

      I keep meaning to turn it off because the decline in spelling ability over the years has been notable, but on the other hand my fingers are fat bastards.
